Aalen, August 2024 – This year, RUD’s appearance at AMB (10 to 14 September in Stuttgart, Hall 8, Stand 8C20) will focus on efficient lifting technology solutions for the metalworking industry. The German company is going to present its broad portfolio of lifting means for the entire value chain in the tool and mould making, mechanical engineering and plant construction industries. The pluggable lifting point PIP-RAPIDO and the clickable shackle CCS-FASTLOX will take centre stage, two new products that significantly simplify and speed up the lifting of loads thanks to an innovative functional principle.

The Aalen-based company is going to present its broad portfolio of DNV-certified lifting means for use on board ships, in ports, on offshore platforms and in shallow water and the deep sea. The products to be presented are all extremely robust and designed according to the highest quality requirements. Therefore, they meet the highest safety standards even when subjected to harsh environmental conditions and changes in the weather.
Aalen, July 2024 – Digital advice on lifting loads – that’s what the new BUDDYtron app from RUD has to offer. The tool assists you with the choice, assembly, visual inspection and repair of lifting means and lifting points and helps to make lifting processes safer and more efficient. The key component of the app is an extensive database, which, in addition to detailed information on all RUD products, also bundles numerous assembly and test instructions as well as valuable practical tips in the form of texts, images and videos.
Aalen, June 2024 – RUD is completing its range of digital tools for the application-related composition of lifting solutions: in addition to the proven lifting means configurator, a configurator for lifting points is now also available. It can be used to quickly and easily find the right lifting points for individual customer chain suspensions and even visualise them in 3D.
