Aalen, September 2024 – RUD expands its portfolio of lifting points: in addition to boltable and weldable models, the Aalen-based company now also offers a pluggable lifting point for the first time with the PIP-RAPIDO. Designed specifically for installation in through and undercut holes, it has a self-locking attachment mechanism that makes installation much easier and many times faster than with conventional lifting points.
Aalen, September 2024 – Plugging instead of bolting: with the new CCS-FASTLOX, RUD is expanding its product portfolio to include a clevis shackle with a quick-release fastener that makes the attachment of loads considerably easier and faster. The highly robust shackle can be fitted without bolt, nut and cotter pin, saving up to 80% of assembly and dismantling time compared to conventional boltable shackles.

Aalen, July 2024 – Digital advice on lifting loads – that’s what the new BUDDYtron app from RUD has to offer. The tool assists you with the choice, assembly, visual inspection and repair of lifting means and lifting points and helps to make lifting processes safer and more efficient. The key component of the app is an extensive database, which, in addition to detailed information on all RUD products, also bundles numerous assembly and test instructions as well as valuable practical tips in the form of texts, images and videos.
